Voice to Text

This assignment asks students in English 147ss at UC Santa Barbara to experience the process and challenges of taking an oral performance and translating it into a textual format. Seven students volunteered to perform and have the audio component of their performances recorded. Groups of students then worked to create textualizations of the audio recordings.
