Taking each term of the matrix as a paragraph, read right to left, top to bottom, yields the following statement, part of what I call the Preface to the Ceremony of Original Innocence:

The human bio-computer is not capable of sustaining its molecular structure in a state of super consciousness : a man, it is true, as several of its major circuits are not connected, removed from more lively sensibility, resulting in an insufficient supply of electromagnetic input, more enthusiasm and tenderness, who has a lesser knowledge of human nature, rendering the electromagnetic field at a density more resonant with a reality stabilized by fear and a less comprehensive soul than are supposed to be common among mankind; a man perturbed by his own passions and volitions.

This ceremony is an impeccable system, holonomically resonant with each individual's point of soul evolution, and who broods more than other men in the spirit of life that is in him; organically regulated by their capacity for change, grieving to contemplate similar volitions and passions as manifested in the goings-on of the Universe. Through the testing procedure of kinesiology before and after the ceremony you will see without a shadow of a doubt, and habitually impelled to detroy them where he finds them, that where there was once weakness there is strength.

But whatever portion of this faculty we must suppose even the greatest Poet to possess, the energy enters and begins its journey through the circuitry passing through the endocrine system; there can be a doubt that the language which it will suggest to him, where it stimulates and fosters the production of chemicals and neurochemicals, must in liveliness and truth, fall short of that which is uttered by men in real life. These centers act as transducers of this energy stepping it down into absorbable data under the actual pressures of those passions, certain shadows of which the Poet thus destroys, or feels to be destroyed, in himself.

I have said that Poetry is the spontaneous recoil of powerful feelings; the relationship between the circuitry, the glands, the centers, the DNA and the point of soul evolution is an impeccably interactive and co-creative one; it takes its origin from emotion recollected in tranquility, organically regulated by each individual's capacity for change: the emotion is contemplated till, by a species of reaction, the tranquility gradually appears. Thus the Human bio-circuitry comes into alignment with the Earth and the stars harmoniously, and an emotion, kindred to that which was before the subject of contemplation, is gradually eliminated, finally able to respond fully and appropriately to celestial influences, not through historically gathered data but by direct assimilation of starlight, and does not itself actually exist in the mind.
