I'm a PhD student studying English, social networks in travel narratives and (im)migrant literature, looking primarily at traditional print texts and moving into digital spheres.

transnational communities and publics (as represented in literature and in digital environments), identity and community formation, social networks (online and real-world), travel, migration, movement, popular culture and representation
