This additional one-unit discussion section for English 103A is open to members of the honors program; other students may enroll with approval of the instructor.  The course will be dedicated to the reading and discussion of one book-length work by a major author who receives little or no attention in the lecture.  Students will be graded on attendance, preparation and participation.  There will be no graded writing assignments for this section.
