Kaaronica Evans (Evans-Ware)
Graduate Student
Kaaronica Evans (Evans-Ware) is a PhD student in the English department at the University of California Santa Barbara. She is the author of the non-fiction book, The Art of Bithcraft: The Only Guidebook to the Magic of Getting What You Want. Her current scholarly interests was inspired by the research for her speculative fiction novel, Fire & Clay. Kaaronica research interests include Islamic cosmology, Islamic mysticism/esotericism, and African American & Caribbean culture & literature, specifically speculative fiction (science fiction/fantasy/supernatural).
